i like it b/c it doesn't seem to heavy. I eat cabbage until I am at risk of exploding... and then I'm gassy for the next few days. I have a love hate relationship with cabbage.

UPDATE:
This was AMAZING! Adam and I just plowed through half a batch in one sitting. Your recipe is definitely going into my summer rotation. I bet it would be great paired with some cold chicken for a picnic, too. Kudos!

Isabel--
I can't wait to try this! I love, love, love cabbage and ginger. I was craving crunchy slaw a few weeks ago, too, and made some broccoli sunshine salad: http://read-n-eat.com/?p=842

I'm headed to the farmer's market and just added cabbage and ginger to my list. I'll let you know how it turns out. It's 90 plus degrees, and it's not even noon in Atlanta!
